When will my OYE! Money+ expire?


OYE! Money+ does not expire. You can use the full amount that you load into your wallet.




How can I add money into OYE! Money+?


To add money into OYE! Money+:
1. Click on the Oye! Money+ on the Home Screen of the app.
2. Enter the amount you want to load into your wallet and click on Add Money.
3. Enter your details and choose a payment mode from Cards, Netbanking, Wallet and UPI.
4. If you have any saved payment modes. They will be shown upfront.
5. You will be redirected to a secure payment page where you need to provide the payment details.
6. Once the transaction is completed, you will be redirected to OYE! Rickshaw with money added into your wallet.




How can I check my OYE! Money+ balance?


You can either click on Oye! Money Plus section in the app or the Payments section in the app to check the Oye! Money Plus balance.




Are there any offers available for OYE! Money+?


To know the offers available on adding money in your Oye! Money+ wallet, click on apply promo code section. The offers which are active are present there.




Can I transfer my OYE! Money+ balance to my bank account?


OYE! Money+ is your real money which you can load into our wallet directly from your bank account. It is non-transferable and non-refundable.




I don't want to use my OYE! Money+ balance. Will I get a refund?


OYE! Money+ is your real money which you can load into our wallet directly from your bank account. It is non-transferable and non-refundable.




How much OYE! Money+ will be used on each ride?


There is no limit on the amount that can be deducted from OYE! Money+. You can use the full OYE! Money+ amount on your rides.




What are the payment modes available for adding money into OYE! Money+?


We provide multiple payment modes for adding money into your wallet. You can choose a payment mode from Cards, Netbanking, Wallet, Paytm and UPI.




Why do I need to provide my mobile no. and email while making the payment?


Mobile number and Email Address are mandatory requirements as per KYC requirements for online payments. The mobile with which you have registered will be picked by default. You can update your email address in the profile section of the app to avoid adding it every time you add money into OYE! Money+.




Can I save my payment mode for future transactions?


While selecting a payment mode for your transaction, you'll be able to see all your payment modes used in previous transactions. While making a payment through your Debit or Credit card, you may choose to save the card for future transactions. You will then only need to add the CVV.




My OYE! Money+ transaction failed. What can I do now?

3. Enter your details, choose the Netbanking mode for payment and select your bank account.
4. You will be redirected to a secure payment page where you need to provide the payment details.
5. Once the transaction is completed, you will be redirected to OYE! Rickshaw with money added into your wallet.




Which banks are supported for Netbanking?


All banks are supported for payments through Netbanking on OYE! Rickshaw.




My netbanking transaction failed. What can I do now?

3. Enter your details, choose the UPI mode for payment and enter the UPI details.
4. Any P2P app on your phone will be automatically shown when you select the UPI mode of payment.
5. You will be redirected to a secure payment page where you need to provide the payment details.
6. Once the transaction is completed, you will be redirected to OYE! Rickshaw with money added into your wallet.




Which are the supported UPI platforms for transactions?

Oye! Money expires after 365 days from the day it is credited.




Can I transfer my OYE! Money balance to my bank account?


OYE! Money is the cashback you receive through various actions on the app. It is not transferable to any other platform.

How do I check my OYE! Money balance?


You can check the balance by clicking on the Payments section in the app. Click on the 3 lines in top left corner, there click on Payments.




How long will it take for the OYE! Money to be credited?


OYE! Money will be credited into your account within 48 hours. If you have haven't received your cashback, then please write an email to hello@oyerickshaw.com with your CRN and Mobile No. You can get your CRN number from your SMS or from the Ride History section of the app. You can also call us at 011 - 40844598.




I haven't received my OYE! Money Cashback. What can I do now?


OYE! Money will be credited into your account within 48 hours. If you have haven't received your cashback, then please write an email to hello@oyerickshaw.com with your CRN and Mobile No. You can get your CRN number from your SMS or from the Ride History section of the app. You can also call us at 011 - 40844598.




Can I use Oye! Money to pay for my rides?


You cannot use Oye! Money to pay for your rides. You can ONLY utilize it on Oye! Lifestyle. You can redeem Oye! Money+ and Oye! Passes in Oye! Lifestyle if you want to use Oye! Money on your rides.

How can I invite my friends to OYE! Rickshaw?


You can invite your friends to OYE! Rickshaw in 2 simple steps:
1. Click on "Free Rides" section in the app
2. Click on 'Invite Friends' and share your unique referral code with your friends on Whatsapp, Facebook and other social mediums.




I am unable to find my referral code.

There might be multiple reasons why you didn't get the reward.
1. Your friend might have previously registered on OYE! Rickshaw App.
2. He might have not completed his first ride.
3. He might not have used your referral code.

Metro Card

How can I link my Metro Card with the OYE! Rickshaw App?


You can link your metro card with the OYE! App by following a few simple steps:

1. Go to "My Metro Cards" section in the App.
2. Tap your metro card on the driver's device.
3. Then click on "Get OTP"
4. Share this OTP with your driver.
Congrats!!! Your Metro Card is linked now.




Can I delink my Metro Card in the App?


You can de-link your metro card with the OYE! App by following a few simple steps:

1. Go to "My Metro Cards" section in the App.
2. There click on "Deactivate".
Congrats!!! Your Metro Card is de-linked now.




My Metro Card is not registered in the App. How can I start my private ride?


If your Metro Card is not linked to your phone number, then you can start your ride ONLY by sharing the OTP with the driver. By linking your Metro Card, you can just tap and start your ride. If you want to register your metro card, you have to go to our field executives/driver to get your metro card registered with your mobile number.




Can I link multiple Metro Cards to the same number?


Yes, you can link multiple metro cards to the same mobile number.




If I lost my Metro Card and my PayTM is linked to it, what should I do?


If you have lost your Metro Card and your PayTM is linked to it, then it is strongly suggested that you delink your Metro Card. If your Metro Card is not delinked, then someone else might use your card and the money will then be deducted from your PayTM.




How will my OYE! Pass be applicable if I have multiple Metro Cards linked to the same mobile number?


If you have multiple Metro Cards linked to the same mobile number, then you can use any Metro Card for the ride. Your OYE! Pass will be applicable for all the Metro Cards linked to your mobile number.




If I have multiple metro cards, how will I identify which Metro Card was used for my ride?


You can identify your Metro Cards by naming them. Click on the 'My Metro Cards'. Now you can name your cards.
